Signature Cleanse
Our Signature Cleanse has been specially curated with your well-being in mind! As you embark on this transformative journey, you'll experience the restorative power of our exclusive fasting protocol, including beneficial supplements and a daily handcrafted soup. You will also receive a stylish water bottle to ensure you stay hydrated throughout your wellness journey.
Your journey includes life enhancement coaching and soothing yoga sessions, scheduled on Fridays and Saturdays, to help you connect with your inner self, rediscover peace and foster positive energy.
You can add your own personal touch to this wellness journey by adding spa and wellness services. We recommend at least one colon hydrotherapy session* or ionic foot bath with your stay. We also offer massages, facials, body scrubs and wraps, and energy healing services.
Our Signature Cleanse begins each Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday and requires a minimum stay of two nights, creating an immersive wellness retreat designed for your complete relaxation and rejuvenation.

Arrival and departure
Programs start on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday only.
Our room check-in time is 11 a.m. but you may check in as early as 9 a.m. if the room is ready, and our standard departure time is 11 a.m. We strongly suggest arriving early to take advantage of a full day of the program, services, and treatments on your check-in day. If you arrive before your room is ready, luggage storage and lounge areas are available.
For a nominal fee, you can request a late check-out. Please see guest services in the front lobby to arrange.
We can accommodate an early arrival on the night before or stay the night after your program. Please fill out this form, and we will take care of you!

*Additionally, the state of Texas requires a colon hydrotherapy prescription, valid for one year. You will need to provide a prescription from your physician before receiving the colonic treatment.
