Classes (Friday & Saturday)

Yoga classes

The group sessions are easy, restorative, relaxing, and meditative. Classes are included with clean packages and offered Fridays and Saturdays. We incorporate conscious sitting, deep breathing, and sound therapy/chanting, then move into warm-ups, some Yin (long-held poses focusing on the joints), and Yang (releasing energy to the muscles), concluding with deep relaxation.

Our gentle yoga classes are geared to open the energy pathways of the body, relaxing the entire nervous system and calming the mind. All levels of experience are welcome.

PRIVATE SESSIONS: 1 HOUR / $50

Private appointments are also available for anyone with any specific needs that would like a one-on-one session and focus on areas that fit to your needs. The process individualizes a specific set of postures and therapeutic movements, breathing techniques, focusing, and meditation tools while focusing on a healthy lifestyle.
